The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is very sensitive to the responsibility we have to all youth and, specifically, those involved in our Rainbow organization. We have both a tremendous opportunity as well as an awesome responsibility to provide a safe program consistent with the traditional values of Rainbow. The purpose of an official policy concerning youth protection is to prepare adult leaders and girls to conduct Rainbow activities in a safe and prudent manner. The resources and guidelines below are designed to be helpful in protecting our youth.
